Blue Dot to sell Volumatic products directly to customers, including Major US Shoe Retailer

Volumatic Intelligent Cash Handling has named Blue Dot Safes a reseller of its brand of cash counting and security equipment.

Established in 2004, Blue Dot Safes provides custom designed and engineered safe solutions for retail outlets.  Blue Dot will incorporate Volumatic products in its line of customized security solutions sold directly to its customers.  One of Blue Dot’s customers, a major US Shoe Retailer, has begun a rollout of the Volumatic Counter Cache cash storage and transportation system to its over 700 US retail store locations.

The Counter Cache is a cash security and transportation solution mounted at the Point of Sale, which allows cashiers to secure their excess high denomination bills, checks and credit card receipts from their drawers out of sight, reducing temptation for theft.  Cash pickups can then be performed at a convenient time, minimizing potential loss, risk to staff and cash register downtime.

Rebranding comes amid US division’s growth spurt and move to larger facility

Omal Cash systems, a US based cash counting and security equipment manufacturer, is rebranding its US operations to bring itself in alignment with its global corporate identity, Volumatic Ltd.  The company will now be known as Volumatic “Intelligent Cash Handling.”

Along with its rebranding, the US division of Volumatic recently moved from Mahwah, New Jersey to a larger office facility in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.

“The new facility was needed to accommodate our continued growth and to allow room for the new members of staff coming on board this year,” said Roger Harris, Volumatic Regional Sales Manager – US.
