Donation to breast cancer research with each pink ring lens purchased
Mentor, Ohio (August 14, 2009) – Volk Optical has developed an exclusive line of pink-ringed lenses to support the philanthropic efforts of ophthalmic products distributor Pioneer International. Pioneer is celebrating its 10th anniversary by giving back and has chosen The American Cancer Society’s – Making Strides in Breast Cancer as recipient of the anniversary event. During its “Making Strides” promotion, $30 will be donated to breast cancer research for each Volk specialty lens purchased.
The rings of Making Strides lenses are the signature pink of breast cancer awareness and are engraved with the awareness ribbon.
