Avire unveils two new products at IEE Expo

Optical slot sensor and emergency telephone launched at Indian show

Avire will unveil two new products at the IEE Expo 2014 in Mumbai, India.

The Optical Slot Sensor from TL Jones provides accurate lift levelling to millimetre precision, ensuring the safety of passengers as they enter and exit the lift. The slot sensor has exceptional resistance to dirt and debris thanks to its robust, fully sealed IP65-rated enclosure. The product has high light immunity, high repeatability and is suitable for new or existing installations.

Memco’s C100 emergency telephone can be surface or flush mounted, or installed behind the car operating panel. It features integrated emergency lighting, a customisable text plate and pictograms that remain hidden until backlit. The unit can be programmed code-free with a cost-effective programming tool.

Avire will also be presenting LCD displays from E-Motive and the Qccess wireless video camera, as well as a wide range of Memco and TL Jones light curtains. TL Jones light curtains are manufactured at Avire’s factory in Thane, India.

IEE Expo takes place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from 20-22 March. Representatives of Avire at the event will be found on Stand B19 and include sales and marketing director Andy Harbidge, telephones business manager Adam Sykes and displays product manager Jin Yee Chua.
