Waterproof Photometer for the Pool Professional
The new Pooltest 25 Professional from Palintest is a fully featured pool photometer designed for the most demanding professional. The photometer builds on the success of the Pooltest 25, includes improved optical technology and is even easier to use. It can store up to 500 test results and can be simply integrated with a PC via its fast USB port. It also floats and is fully waterproof.
Rugged, lightweight and compact, the photometer features an adaptive tube holder which automatically adjusts to any round tube and a large, fully backlit LCD screen which allows simple access to programmed tests. The automated method set up and automatic wavelength selection makes testing for multiple parameters quick and easy. Results can be simply downloaded to a PC database, spreadsheet, or a number of sophisticated pool chemistry software packages.
The instrument features a complete range of swimming pool water tests including the more specialised tests such as phosphate and sulphate. It is built around the Palintest range of chemical testing which uses light to measure colour changes in water samples treated with a reagent. The sample is simply placed in the cell holder and a button pressed.
Sealed to an IP67 waterproof rating, the unit can be powered by AA batteries, a standalone adapter or via the USB port. The standard kit comes in a portable carrycase complete with test tubes and a starter supply of reagents. The Professional Minilab kit contains all a pool professional is likely to need to test pool water including TDS sensor, a range of test reagents, and a bench top tray for ease of use.
