Keeler Introduces the World’s First Wireless Digital Indirect Ophthalmoscope

Keeler introduces its unique Wireless Vantage Plus Digital Ophthalmoscope.

Vantage Plus Digital Ophthalmoscope

The new Vantage Plus Digital Indirect Ophthalmoscope retains all the original features of the Vantage Plus LED with the addition of an integrated camera that records moving video footage and still images in digital format. These images can be transferred to a PC via a USB interface and is compatible with any video package capable of receiving video input from a USB source.

What you see on the monitor is exactly what you see through the Vantage Plus Digital which makes it an ideal tool for teaching students and colleagues. In addition it can be used in tele-medicine, as a means of explaining diagnoses to patients and as a method of documentation.

The Vantage Plus LED indirect ophthalmoscope features an LED light for a brighter, whiter light to improve image clarity. It uses an intelligent optical system that automatically changes the optics and mirrors when the aperture is adjusted, providing a 3D stereoscopic view of the retina.

Keeler is a market leader in the innovation, design and manufacture of diagnostic, magnification and illumination products for optometrists, ophthalmologists, dentists and surgeons.
