Keeler Employee Welcomed Into Historical Livery Company
Keeler’s Business Development Manager Clive Burrows has been received as a freeman into the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers, a livery company of the City of London.
A presentation held at the historic headquarters of the Company of Spectacle Makers marked another milestone in Clive’s career spanning 50 years with Keeler.

The Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers is over 377 years old and as a livery company serves to promote its craft, providing fellowship to its members, supporting the City of London and various charitable causes.
Admitted as Freedom of the company Clive commented:
“I regard admission to the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers as a privilege and an honour, because to my knowledge this is something not normally extended to the ophthalmic instruments industry.”
