E-Motive display opens Middle East office in Dubai
Singapore-based elevator display specialist E-Motive Display has recently opened a regional office in Dubai. The office will service the entire Middle East region, including Turkey and Iran.
“The Middle East – particularly the Gulf region – is experiencing phenomenal growth in building and construction projects,” commented E-Motive Display’s Managing Director Steven Black. “Much of this new development is at the top end of the market, with prestigious, record breaking structures being completed almost every day. This offers enormous potential for a company like E-Motive Display, who specialises in high-end multimedia visual and audible displays and lift monitoring systems.”
The general manager of the new office will be Laith Hasen, who will have overall responsibility for all sales and marketing operations. He will represent not only E-Motive Display, but also several other Halma Elevator Division companies, including Memco Limited from the UK (door edges and light curtains) and Electronic Micro Systems from the USA (telephone and communication systems).
“I am delighted to have Laith heading our Middle East operation,” added Steven. “His engineering background, in-depth product knowledge and wealth of overseas commercial experience will enable him to provide the best level of service and after-sales support to our customers throughout the region.”
Laith has over 10 years commercial experience in the elevator industry in the UK and USA. He is a registered Chartered Electrical Engineer (UK) and holds a BSc. (Honours) degree in Electrical and electronic Engineering.
